Icebreaker is an AI-powered cold email personalization tool operated by Naptown Labs. By using the service at coldpulse.naptownlabs.dev, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials.
You may use Icebreaker to generate personalized cold email content for legitimate business outreach. You must not use the service to send spam, phishing, or any messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). You must not submit URLs for scraping that you do not have a legitimate reason to access.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of charge.
Output is generated by AI and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending. Naptown Labs is not liable for the accuracy, tone, or consequences of AI-generated text.
URLs you submit are scraped using Firecrawl and processed by Anthropic Claude. Scraped content is stored temporarily and deleted after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or abusive usage patterns, with or without notice.
Icebreaker is provided “as is” without warranty. Naptown Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
